| Utica District Women play team event at Oneida Community |

The Utica District Women's Golf League played Wednesday at
Oneida Community Golf Club in Sherrill. The event was team, 3, 2,
1, which consists of taking the 3 lowest scores on par 3's, 2 lowest
scores on par 4's and the lowest score on par 5's.
There was a two-way tie for first with a 123 total.
The team of Mary Hopsicker (Cedar Lake), Linda Lawrence
(McConnellsville), Angela Viviani (Teugega) and Jeanette Williams
(Kanon Valley) tied the team of Rita Mossler (Skenandoa), Carol
Schneider (Kanon Valley), Debbie Castle (Oneida Community) and
Cheri Stevens (McConnellsville).
Finishing second with a total of 124 were Mary Jane Presite from
Oneida Community, Margo Mulroy from Kanon Valley, Valerie Wood
from Teugega and Jackie Wojtanowski from Stonebridge.
There was another tie for third place with a total of 125. The first
team was Linda Rigabar from Kanon Valley, Pat Galinski from
Stonebridge, Linda Flihan from the Yahnundasis and Diane Williams
from Skenandoa.
The other was, Christine Malone from Teugega, Joanne Hamlin from
Skenandoa, Barbara Meelan from Sadaquada and Pat Taurisano
from Stonebridge.
